This error means that you are trying to connect to one subscription from several devices, but you are doing it wrong. You can connect to one purchased subscription (on one account) from two devices at the same time maximum. On the first device you should connect via TCP protocol (for example, "US over TCP [DoubleVPN.com].ovpn"), and on the second from UDP protocol (for example, "US over UDP [DoubleVPN.com].ovpn"). If this didn't help you then before contacting our support please check if you currently have other devices connected to our vpn: phone, tablet, router etc.
